We waited 11 days before visiting our nearest Social Security office.... despite ticking the box during the Immigration process to request these be automatically assigned to us the lovely young lady...

Thank you ...yes it was all a bit odd but clearly they had full permission of The Embassy who wrote to us in advance and told us they would be filming ...they made it clear to those of us who prefer...

Thank you . Immigration Visa ( Family) scheduling of interview took about 3 months after NVC approved docs but that did include Xmas holidays and of course the Embassy move to Nine Elms location .

Yes apparently a Channel 4 documentary being put together ....15 minutes of fame junkies will live the opportunity 😂 !!

Visa approved in 45 minutes and feeling euphoric...and emotional and a bit...

I think that I may go for an approach that’s somewhere between the two ...maybe wait 2/3 weeks and if nothing by then visit the local office ? Thanks again .

Thanks...they are dealing with our son but we have access to our application numbers which are visible on the Case Tracker app for USCIS ... I was quoting what it states on there .
