You must be first Nominated by State or Territory , After successful Nomination u will get ITA from DIBP.

I cant understand Your Question here.But what i think 489 FS is good than SS as in SS u must live in Regional area of Sponsering State. In FS U have not this limitation.

489 FS takes much time among all other visa.I seen other cases who are waiting from last one year.You should wait . be patient

U have to live in Nominated state for 2 yrs out of 4 yrs visa.And work for 12 months to be apply for PR.Which states u selected for 489 ??

As i read TRA msa Guidelines and found there is no mention of Statutory ...

TRA requires min 3 yrs work exp. for skill assessment and i have total 10 yrs exp. So can i Show latest 3 yrs exp to TRA skill Assessment and 10 yrs at the time of Final Visa Application To DIBP...

And Is any Statutory Declaration( Notarized Self declaration) is valid if...
