Taxation on my state pension

Hi everyone.
We has decided were going to retire to spain but now I am worried about Spanish taxation on my British state pension. Now thinking portugal may be a better option. Any advise welcome....

We have a caged interior in the back of our land rover so dogs are nice and secure. Thanks all for your input, sometimes there are just too many decisions! Lol

Probably move all our stuff by road, might do it ourselves. My only worry is that we will rent first so not sure whether to store it all at home or store in pt. What did you do ?
