I went to see the vet, they looked up the DEFRA info and made sure our pooch had all the jabs to comply, signed off the doggie passport then it was 400 quid to put her on the same...

I know exactly where you're coming from! I spoke to him a few weeks ago outside his restaurant and yeah he didn't give off food safety vibes. I think its mostly tourists that go there.

Yeah, she knows that, shes Canadian. At least she started the process well ahead of moving this time. Her degree that she got in Quebec and experience have been accepted by BC already.

There are other small towns but we need a few elementary schools to keep my wife busy... I loved revelstoke and would move there in a heartbeat but there wouldn't be enough work for my wife.

Was hoping to find someone who'd actually moved there, I've been to Calgary and Vernon and don't feel that I could live in those places. Horses for courses I suppose.
