Time period between receiving eVisa (Spouse) and arrive in UK

Under the new (eVisa) process for the UK Spouse Visa, how long does the spouse have, after receiving the eVisa, before they must arrive in the UK? Thanks.

Thanks for thinking about this. Noting really here in US for us to return to. Family all in UK and Singapore. But we'll think it through some more.
