Well I have finished the book on Mussolini. It has been so hot here that when I came home from work have been happy to sit in the airconditioning and read. It was a hard slog I must admit....

Impact of Delrio Law January 1 2015

Hi All
Have just been reading about the Delrio Law that comes into effect on January 1. From what I can gather this is an amalgamation of the communes.
