Question UK Visa Stuck in Limbo?

My plan for 2020 was to visit my UK citizen hubby March thru June, then return to the States to apply for my visa and while waiting I'd finish working on a very busy year full of projects all around...

If my experience is any model, you'll likely be charged VAT, however they tell me that you can apply for a refund once you've received your ToR number. Uggg.

The good news is, the VAT is only 25 pounds (like for each cat) -- At least that's what they charged me May 15th.
