We will only want to keep one at a time. Fatten it up, slaughter, butcher and freeze. When the freezer is running close to empty, repeat the process.

Hi. Thanks for the responses.

Both on Police pensions so not at state age yet.

Our daughter is one of the youngest in her year anyway. Doing a final year in primrary may not be a bad thing....
