Got Visa

Finally after 5 months of Additional administrative processing we got our Visas on 23rd July. At last. so if you are waiting there is hope after all.

Its our own business, we have a management team running it as we were expecting to start in Florida in March when we wnt for the visa, you cant put someone in charge one day and take it from them the...

Its our first L1a. no children. efinately not over 90 days and I have kept our boarding cards and receipts from the airport duty free shop.

I am in the UK and have an approved L1a application , but have been waiting since feb for a decision from London. We have used 2 visa waivers since 12th dec last year and have been back in the UK ...

Would that apply if you have had 2 Visa waivers in the last 8 months? would they let us in?

The embassy was closed yesterday, Interesting what was said about February at the London embassy, thats when we went.

as i said i am only guessing.

i have read that you can get your passport back from them without it effecting your application. I would put an email into them explaining the situation and asking...

as far as i was aware its a check against known terrorists and the fbi in the states

as it says "as soon as we are able to proceed" I would say that they are waiting for somwthing, could be security checks, but I am only guessing.

I dont think you can as you have to be a company employing I think at least 6 people to qualify for the L1 visa.

the problem is that the embassy is a closed shop, not even a lawyer will be able to find anything out that you cant. this is from my eperience anyway.

Try your lacal MP in London, I have got my local MP to write to the Embassy and he is waiting for their reply.

4 months and a week now, its mad.

We have still heard nothing from tghe embassy but we have had a letter from our MP who is chasing the embassy for us.

Do they not do the security checks when they approve a petition in the US? our problem was not getting the petition approved but the interview at the embassy in London, we had traveld back from...
