My thread above was closed back in 2016 ( originally posted 2014) but just wanted to let everyone know that I still absolutely love Cabo Roig and the new development/commercial centre is fantastic...

We have one Spanish guy that lives on the urb of 27 houses it’s a real inconvenience when we have an AGM because someone needs to translate English to him!

Take a look at Cabo (Cabo Roig) it's 20 mins from Murcia airport and Heathrow (easyJet) will be flying there from 2017 (lucky me I live between Heathrow and Gatwick)

So if he/she is just bumming around in that 1 bed flat but has income of beetwen €10k & €15k a year is there no earnings limit to apply like in the U.K.? The 23% surely kicks in at a certain amount...

I think the massive over supply is inland golf courses they will only shift once the boom gets a grip on the coast which is imminent.
