In my experience you have to do all this before as you cannot get a license to work you may be able to get a temporary licence but I'm not 100% sure it's a long process x

The main assessment is 5 days then depends what you need to do after that's assessment you have 12 months to complete all the extra hours x

I did more hours think about 150 hrs for paeds mental health and mat but need to do assessment and likey you will need to do further training in Canada also before you can get a license so would be...

You apply to what ever province you want to go the assessment is done before as you are unable to get to sit the exam with out it unless you are going to move before then you can do it whist there...

The assessments are done in Canada and you will be told by the nursing board of you need one x

its called a competance assessment check out webpage RNPDC - Registered Nurses Professional Development Centre (http://www.rnpdc.nshealth.ca/international) learners/assessment centre.

you will have to do the assessment i have argued it for last 2 years but am having to do it , i managed to get the childrens aspect dropped so only doing 4 day course now but untill you have done...

Yeah I have applied to two but would need to pay for both and be assessed in both so maybe costly let me know if you hear anything from Brighton i would be interested x

Hi, I just had to pay for the NMC to send confirmation that i was registered with them , and they will ask for all your nursing qualifications to be assesed for compatability but unless you trained...

yes i have submitted all paperwork but obviously need to register as RN before they will even look at NP qualification just wondered if i will get the same red tape i have had for RN...

Im in the process of moving or trying to move to nova scotia , i have to sit an assessment in june as missing hours in maternity and mental health as experience doesnt seem to count, just go on...
