Hello,

Does anyone have any advice on what status to refer to when applying for loan (home purchase) while I140 / I485 applications are still pending? Should I use "alien worker"?

Bad news is I may be 1 year, if not more, away from getting the Adjustment of Status adjudicated ( I485 filed in Feb04) and because of the time involved,...
