thank you all. ive decided ill work for a year in icu here in the uk then apply as its best to have experience. ill then need to find out if i need to do any courses and what i need to do for visas....

with the workload I have I wouldnt even want to consider adding to it. I work 40 hours a week plus a dissertation of 12000 words to start and I have a 6000 one to complete for just after christmas....

I wouldnt mind studying. never thought about that. thank you. I think its a shame they have branched nursing they may make it more specialised but skills are not taught. we learn through others....

thanks. just a note about conditions. my sister was misdiagnosed a blood disorder as her symptoms are not typical it wasnt until needing treatment and becomming really ill that shes correctly...

its 11 degree Celsius on the other side in Yorkshire. not to bad. Think its going to be a mild winter as were still getting warm days and no frost yet.

guess i wont be moving then. in the uk we do fields of nursing, I chose adult as its the only field you can branch into others from and then if you go into another you lose the branch you was in...

i didnt realise there was a shortage of jobs in Australia for nursing. in the UK there's not enough graduates, on the ward i'm working from they have just taken 7 European newly qualified students....
