To watch F1 I bought a card reader for my DreamBox to watch Al Jazeera
Then I had to buy a new box to watch via Abu Dhabi
Then another box for beIN, last year

Each box...

Agreed, there is little choice for me with the F1

I just wanted others to know the situation

beIN really are amateur hour, with no EPG on the Es'Hail satellite, even after a year

I renewed it today, online

I was very surprised to see that the new expiry date is now 26th Feb 2016
They have not renewed from the old date, but...

On a general level it is better to pay for a whole 20ft container
then there are no delays or hassles about partial shipments.

On the loss side, I agree, let the insurers do the work.

When I first left the UK, nearly 30 years ago we were encouraged to register with the British Embassy so they would know who was in the country in the event of emergencies.

Then came the LOCATE...
