Re: Question About MSC

The MSC takes care of the EAD as well as AP and your I-130. Once the I-130 is approved they send your package back to the District Office for final adjudication.

Re: AOS status check

I filed at St. Paul, MN as well. Your petitions are being forwarded on to the NBC in Lee's Summit, Missouri. You should receive receipts (NOAs) for your applications about 2 weeks after your filing...

Carole:

Sorry if I came across that way, those were not my intentions at all. I've got my fingers crossed for everyone here who's still waiting. Patience is a virtue - and your approvals HAVE to...

Re: new approvals for 13 MAY

Honestly, in defense of the service representatives I am pretty sure they do not have any other way to check the status of our applications than what we have. It appears the only "tool" they have is...

Re: help please i beg you

If you're filing based on AOS your petitions/applications are getting forwarded to MSC/NBC in Missouri. Expect to wait about 90 days for both AP/EAD. Have you had your Biometrics yet?

Good luck!...

Re: New local office processing dates

St. Paul is still stuck on April 15th dates. It seems that AOS takes about 13 months in Minnesota, as they are currently working on cases dating back to March 17th, 2003.

I'd definitely file in person. The lady at the front counter helps you assemble all the different forms in a way the INS Officer wants to receive it. I think it is important to make a good first...
