Hi Oliver,

Use a passport sized photo, staple it in a couple of places obviously not on the face. They'll write across the page and photo so ensuring it can't be replaced with another one.

Al has hit the nail on the head, if the ACS don't agree with the ASCO code you nominate they'll just decide the more appropriate one and include it in the acceptance letter.

The ACS say I need to re-apply to get the MODL ASCO code.

And DIMA say "a person cannot change their skills assessment
subsequent to lodgement of the visa application".

I'm waiting on a reply from the ACS with regard to reassessment, although my assessment was in Nov 2005 I suspect the same will apply to your application. I'll post the reply if I get...

I printed the declaration for my certifiied copies on the *back* of the copies and my solicitor just filled that in and signed it. So I can't see why that wouldn't be acceptable for you.
