We are waiting for a letter from cic with our pr application decision so hopefully we should find out this week. It's killing us seeing decision made on the website and then having to wait for Canada...

Hi haggis88 did you receive your decision by Canada mail or via email. It's very frustrating knowing they have made a decision on our application and not knowing the result until the postman Arrives!!

We are not quite out of the woods yet however we are feeling very positive!! Also I have fond memories of my father taking me to see the motor bikes at rivington pike! I used to love it!! 😃

We have applied under the provincial nominee program it states on his visa that it is employer specific. We spoke to immigration a while back and they said there was nothing we could do

I must clear something up, it's not my husband who was not paid for the jobs over the summer it was his employer who has not yet received payment. Hence he has had to temporarily lay my husband off...

That tends to be the thing, best to do some research before you want to go in to low. I applied for a job a while ago and based my salary on what I was earning in the UK which was way too much...
