I posted two packages to two different addresses on the 27th of Aug by surface mail :unsure: from Alberta to Scotland and neither have been received yet? Is this the norm to take so long? :confused:

Ok thanks, no not applied yet we have only been in Canada 2 months, he will be 19 in April, we can try it at weekend as going to BC to visit family, bit scared Incase that doesn't work and he doesn't...
