Melbourne: One month rent as rental bond, one month rent in advance.

Check with the estate agent paying rent through BPay (internet), that will work out with no charges.

I might use for Web application development (Java / J2EE) purpose, my budget is AUD$700, I thought of taking a Refurbished box for $300-400 + Keyboard, mouse, monitor...

When I travel to Melbourne for visa validation and job search trip my wife will be moving from my house to her parents place, do this come under change in circumstance?
