Sorry for hijacking the thread
Is having the money ready, without needing to apply for mortgage, a valid reason for asking for 5-10% price reduction? Or people just don't care?

I can stay only six month when I rent (to be more precise no more than 120 days in any half-year), but if I buy it will be quite easy to get no lucrativa residence...

Been thinking about moving to Rota, drived through it a year ago in May and it looked like one of the nicest places around Cadis. Anyone has some experience on living in this town? What I fear...
