If i was the officer I would look at the facts;

Drivers first offense,

On a 45mph route at near mid-night without a soul around (besides sneaky police officers)

The officer said I didn't need to appear in court? And the ticket itself says 'INFRACTIONS NO COURT REQUIRED' :unsure:


You would think they would cut you a friggin' break only being 9 mph over...

If they give you a timeline of 5 weeks, would you wait till then to hear from them (possibly by letter of rejection) or voice your interest still after the 3 weeks?
