In the past few months they've introduced it - even on a couple of non-US-based airlines such as AeroMexico and Etihad - TSA Pre-Check Expands To More International Airlines - One Mile at a Time...

The biggest advantage for me is that Global Entry also gives you TSA Pre when flying domestic or on outbound flight - avoids long lines for security.

Another vote for Robinsons, who in my case partnered with Graebel at this end, and handled everything smoothly. Was for a full 20ft container.
