Also, a great place is Két Szerecsen by opera station, my tip would be dont have dessert as there is an amazing sweet/cake shop round the corner with awesome sorbets and another awesome icecream shop...

We've also been to Paprika many times. It never changes, huge plates of food, not cheap but good value for money.
