Thank you for your reply. They charged me AU$180 for each person which is the fee for form 1290. It might be wrong display on the website.

I just came to Dandenong Office a few minutes ago and they said they did not cater for the Test anymore. SO now is my new problem how do I come to the Melbourne Office by foot as the website...
