thank you boiler, after lots of reading i can conclude us embassy will run you against class/ncic/ibis and if neccesary or if there is a positive hit put you in administrative review if you are...

whats said on the pdfs i listed is wrong? It does say a name check is ran against fbi and ncic and class... if there was a warrant it should pop up on ncic

if you hit a database they check you wouldn't be elegible to obtain a non immigrant visa,...

i was traveling to us on january but will delay my trip because of work, the us does not cancel a visa if you dont use it because i read on other forums they do routine checks and cancel it if you...

Wife is a British Citizen, me not, I applied for a B2 USA visa in the Mumbai Consulate and got it approved, I also applied for a Canadian Visitor VISA at New Delhi and got it approved as well....
