As far as I am aware as long as you don't come back to the UK to live/work for a whole tax year then no tax will be due on your salary. if you have an interest bearing account other than an ISA then...

My son flies regularly from Aus to UK he is 13. Never had any issues as long as the docs are in order and they have contact details of person collecting at either end you should have no problems!

Its probably going to be best part of a year till I actually have to move family over due to the on the job training which will either be in the States or Germany I believe so I have plenty of time...
