I have been looking but the choice is vast! I have narrowed it down to the Hilton, Intercon, Jumeirah, Radisson, Khalidiya Palace or Le Royal Meridien. I have been to the Hilton & Intercon years ago...

ok, thanks for that. Setting up our own operation over there is definitely not what we want to do - too much stress involved! I understand about the cheap labour as we were out there 16 years ago...
