Manila is not the place anymore. It is mostly submerged by frequent flooding and a dis-functional drainage. Cebu is a much better place.

Hi I am an 58 year old Norwegian expat living in Cebu. I am considering moving to Bali. But I understand that permanent visa is very difficult to obtain?
