Are you absolutely sure that Buffalo has your RCMP clearance now? I only ask because Buffalo lost mine as well. I verified the sent date with RCMP (Nov 2002), but Buffalo required me to resubmit...

I'm just guessing, but your lawyer is probably refering to the Canadian Language Benchmarks used as part of the LINC (Language Instruction for Newcomers to Canada) program.
