So currently getting a new Quota for some nationalities-including Egyptians- is nearly impossible and must rely on an old existing unused one...

Yeah I remember ,but I misunderstood your reply ,as I thought you meant its hard to get a family Visa and not the initial work Visa/permit

After being confirmed successful on my application(Technical & Medical) and accepting an initial Offer in QATAR, my RP is rejected before I sign the contract and of course was not able...

I am not asking about a certain and specific company ,I am asking about all Q-companies like(Qatar petroleum ,Rasgas, Qatar foundation, Qatar gas, and so on)as they have a very similar career layout...
