when are friends drove us around it was about 5mins from javea and about 10mins from denia

the villa has a pool and yes we will get a car but if needs be i do the odd job if one comes my way just to make it work ppl think the uk is brill its not wait till after xmas they we see

we have friends that have a villa in javea and it has most things one wants im just doing my homework before we jump ship here in the uk

Javea is only 5mins away from both places and Benissa and Pedreguer both come up when you look at Javea villas for sale we are going over again in oct for more house hunting

as you have said ferndown would win we were there last week saw a nice house the rates were £1.600.00 a year now do you pay that over in spain?

i would say the cost of living is cheaher in spain on items then here like petrol £138 car tax well i pay £300.00 a...

many thanks rosemary i was just after a ball park figure (we dont smoke only drink wine lol and lead a normal life ) we thought things were cheaper out in spain plus its better life style
