189 visa granted but wife now pregnant

Hi,

Got a very specific issue.

My wife and I were granted a 189 visa in mid July. Hurrah!

We found out 2 weeks ago she's pregnant. Hurrah! But she is main applicant on visa (she's a nurse),...
