Thanks bakedbean I had not thought about that I'm quite new to all this and did not know that was a possibility. I will make inquiries at my bank about this.

This is what I was worried about that RM is difficult to sell. I used one of these services when in Canada to send back home and vise versa looks like that's not an option.

yeah i did do loads of research before hand. i guess i just got a bit jittery big move and all.

Just joined the forum today as I have just been accepted on a scholarship for a MA in Education at an international school in KL. They provide accommodation so that's sorted.
