But I will have to wait 6 months if that period of employment is not considered. By that time, occupation ceiling would be reached. Actually, ACS did not assess it because of the missing reference...

How does CIC update the count of complete applications?

The count updated on the CIC website includes only those whose fees has been charged or it includes everyone whose application is complete and yet in the queue for charging the fees?

Canada FSWP NOC 2174 cap reached

My application for NOC 2174 was received on June 20, 2013 under FSWP program.

The cap for my NOC reached on August 21, 2013. But I have not got any notification from CIC regarding the processing...

The cap has reached for NOC 2174 on August 21, 2013. You must have noted that the date is still "as of May 4". It obviously does not mean that all the 300 applications have been received on...

I just noticed that the date is "as of May 4", not "as on May 4". The dictionary meaning of "as of" is "since". So the count is since May 4 and not as on May 4. The date will not change in any...
