Dear all, we are in our 40s with kids. What would we need to register and can we do it straight away when we move to Portugal? Or do we have to wait for a certain period of time?

thanks a lot, we are in our 40s and kids are still young (9 and 6). We are just trying to find out if this would be necessary for dental end glasses.
