I agree and I think you will find most of the "good guys" applying for H1B's are trying to become PR's either by applying for a green card through employment or by meeting a lovely USC to marry...

Well it is down to the company to want to take onboard a H1B, no one is forcing them to choose someone international over a USC - these people have to be able to prove something that sets them above...

The H2B doesn't offer longevity of a stay in the US though, it is also for unskilled workers for which a USC could do the same job.

I don't think the frequency would change things, I'd still keep...

You are right I do feel a sense of defeat as stated in my original post I was over there working towards my end goal but due to the current "rules" it leaves a brief window of almost less than a week...

This includes extras such as checking a bag, unfortunately you can't exclude the meal...
