Now the question is whether to delay the medical/police check for as long as we can; or speed it up.

We've got another 10-12 months or so to wait!

How long do you need to stay in Australia after getting 309?

My partner has applied for a Subclass 309 Partner (Provisional) visa and Subclass 100 Partner (Migrant) visa from outside Australia.

We wish to know the current entry/exit criteria into Australia....

We are not clear on dependency. Do our parents need to be dependent to apply for an EEA family permit?

If so, what constitutes this? Pay for their flight ticket? Pay for their living costs?

It's a long story...

We are aware our parents will need visas however the ultimate question is if the 'EEA Family Permit' is applicable here or not. If not, we will apply for a UK Family Visitor...

Turkish passport holders. According to the Gov dot UK site they require a visa to visit the UK.

We acquired EU passports at birth.

Parents hold non-EU passports and never actively applied for EU passports.

They require visas to visit the UK as they are non-EU passport (and non UK...

I can prove that I lived and worked in the UK - payslips, rental agreement, electoral roll, drivers licence etc Will I still need to proof I was not an "undue burden"?

This seems contrary to the official guidance. So all uploaded documents (for visa applications) can be scanned colour copies that have not been certified? Do you have a source you can provide?
