Now the question is whether to delay the medical/police check for as long as we can; or speed it up.

My partner has applied for a Subclass 309 Partner (Provisional) visa and Subclass 100 Partner (Migrant) visa from outside Australia.

We wish to know the current entry/exit criteria into Australia....

We are not clear on dependency. Do our parents need to be dependent to apply for an EEA family permit?

If so, what constitutes this? Pay for their flight ticket? Pay for their living costs?

We are aware our parents will need visas however the ultimate question is if the 'EEA Family Permit' is applicable here or not. If not, we will apply for a UK Family Visitor...

I can prove that I lived and worked in the UK - payslips, rental agreement, electoral roll, drivers licence etc Will I still need to proof I was not an "undue burden"?

This seems contrary to the official guidance. So all uploaded documents (for visa applications) can be scanned colour copies that have not been certified? Do you have a source you can provide?
