I suppose the water will depend on the state, property and landlord, so if we just include it if you pay it or if you rent just leave it out obviously.

I think what I am better doing is asking what families in Melbourne that live in a 3 or 4 bed house spend on the below, and are my monthly figures realistic?

Thanks for the info, Bray park is about 5lm and petrie 7km so not much in it.

Would you say north lakes/mangohill will be a better option once the train link is completed over Warner? Not sure...

My wife was having a look today and found Warner, any views on this area.

Its 25km from Brisbane, 5km to bray park station, seems to be in our budget.

I've read on google on some other forum...
