I think it is about Â£2k in total, split over 4 payments as and when they complete certain things in the process. Flat fee so no additional payments if we need an interview or something like that....

Hmm not sure that's right. At the time secondary education terminated at 16 and A levels were optional. That's my understanding anyways?
