Inland always went to CPC-V. Outland to CPC-M. The forms and guides on the CIC web site all changed yesterday to reflect this.

As of yesterday, it's come to our attention on one of the other related forums, that "inland" spousal sponsorships now go to CPC-M and not CPC-V.

Go to http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/index-can.asp and see what is available.
Your choices are limited and the available options will change each year. This basically means that if you don't qualify...

This is my understanding as well.

In fact, the DVLA can allocate points even if you have NO driving licence yet.
They are retrospectively applied if/when you (re-)apply for a UK licence.
