Carry pillion on class B licence

Hi all just a quick question.
I know on a full UK B driving licence you can use a 125cc in Spain if you've had it more than 3 years. but my question is when you change to a Spanish class B licence...

She will be working for a British school in Spain for the first 2 years, and will receive private healthcare supplied by the school for herself, but she will be on a UK contact for this two years...

Yes I have been paying uk Ni and tax a long time in the uk now. So I'll have alook at the dwp website reguarding health care that I could get.
If we were married, filling in a tax return form...

Well health insurance I could prove, but as I say I would be living off her wages so could not prove my own income.
Does this mean I could only stay in Spain 90 days then? Unless we were married!

Ive read that post above and it clears up that i can drive a 125cc motorbike on my uk car licence "happy days".
I also had a feeling that road tax would be very small, was expecting to pay 15 euros...
