Thanks all. So when you say the Burbs, you mean Brooklyn, Queens etc, rather than Manhattan?

In terms of areas, we're thinking Greenwich Village, Lower East Side, Gramercy etc (Downtown), or Upper West Side. Having researched the property a fair bit, it seems within budget for...
