If you have an account but u cant submit, it means you have one foot in the door and you just need to click submit on round 2

If you have no account at all, you need to wait till round two to...

Wait till round two and make sure everything is filled out so you can get it submitted and assured in the next round :)

My number was 6700 something, I think I only had one number.

I've already paid 330 pound to go Australia, **** going Canada, this s<snip>t has been a farce, even when I pay I face another 2 months...

Exactly my point

it wouldn't surprise me if we didn't actually have 2350 people in total.

for example if 2350 people actually applied, twice we would get to the 7700 mark. Which we are at...
