@tomsteetley you could just go and activate your visa stay there for a bit and come back. True traveller insurance allow you to come back to the UK as many times as you like & for whatever length so...

- try using a different browser
- download a new IMM form and fill it out and upload
or it might just be there webpage keep trying IE, CHROME, SAFARI :)
