Thanks so much guys, uninstalling, and reinstalling Adobe Reader worked perfectly despite having the latest version installed in the first place! Now able to fill in the form on line no problem....

Agree a year can be a very long time. Have emailed SINP with the hypothetical scenario and they have asked for our file number so they can asses properly. Am inclined to just give them all our info...

Ok, so spoke to recruitment guy and immigration consultant and both seem to be on the same page. Two options:
1. Suck it up, take the pay cut and hang in there till the PR comes through.

We have two letters from SINP one mentions a specific employer and one makes no mention of them although all other details on the letters are the same. TWP states the employers name...

Have read links, thanks folks and it would seem that offer of employment is just within the realms of covering the job description. It's is done by using the caveat "not limited to".
