If you can write quickly, you should be fine... couple of things to help:

Password needs to have letters, numbers, a capital letter and a symbol (@, #, etc...)

Need to answer 3 security...

Today it took me 1 minute to create and verify my Kompass account. Then 4-5 minutes to fill in the application

Bloody Hell!!!!

I only found out 2014 applications were open yesterday, so missed the first one a week ago!!!

So I had to start from scratch today (registering, etc....)

Did everything in 5...

I got the same today :D

Also all my immigration assessment is now "Approved" and final decision is "Accepted"

I got my POI in March 10th (approved March 3rd); they took their sweet time...

Thats the first I have heard of it... I cant see how it can be a problem... but people have not signed either form and had POE's no problem :)

I just listed them... but set it out neatly so they knew what I was talking about. I set it out like:

Its a bit of a grey area to me. The entire process (IEC and CIC) is meant to be 8 weeks. IEC says their part only takes 2 weeks so CIC has 6 weeks. If IEC was quick with your application (they only...

I found the travelex guide book online... Its the same as Thomas Cook but Thomas Cook has ATM withdraw fees (CA$3.25 per withdrawal) and no cash back (CA$300 with travelex)

Are the Thomas Cook travel cards the same as travelex cards? I thought they are, but in the guide book for the Thomas Cook cards, they have a ATM withdrawal fee.

We are meant to get a "welcome letter" in our Kompass account. I think this explains everything in more detail about documents/proofs we need to show, etc...

But these are none existent at the...

Its Alberta. The POE Introduction letter is sent from Vegreville, Alberta (Outside Edmonton)

The following shows that Vegreville is the only centre to process work permits.

CIC applications are processed in their entirety in Canada (Alberta we are thinking).

Dont worry about the checklist dates, mine was similar. As long as it says provided, you are fine.

Yeah, they have messed up. They messed up on mine too. The letter is dated March 10, 2013, and must be activated by March 3, 2014.... why did I get a week less?!?!?!?
