I think I will do the SB1 first. If my residency is reinstated then I will immediately apply for my daughter. It seems silly to apply for my daughter if there is a high possibility of being banned...

@Fatbrit. Do you think its wise for me to call the USA Embassy for advice? Or can you recommend an experienced US Immigration Lawyer? I am totally out of my depth here... Feeling extremely vulnerable.
