the trend of the exponential rise in complaints regarding the NHS is over quality of care received. In the US it is all focused on cost, not the standard of care received.

Sally the way you talk its harder to enter a US hospital than the nation of North Korea. No US hospital can turn you away unlike public hospitals in Spain which are now regularly asking for cash up...

well there is a paradox here with these huge bills US hospitals are closing at a rate faster than for the past 30 years so someone/something must be screwing the system....is it insurance??!

Same scenario you have absolutely no right to enter the US by whichever route you try to enter the country. You ask to enter if they dont like they send you back across the border - end of story.

End day you go there if they dont like you or you are a bit suspect they send you home - worst case scenario. Nothing you can do about that. You have absolutely no right whatsoever to enter the USA...

Well if you qualify for EB-1 or EB-2 the priority dates are current so should be no reason for delay if your papers are in order and you meet the criteria e.g have a masters degree for EB-2

With an EEA family residency visa you are a dependent of an EU citizen right? So dont you end up eventually acquiring citizenship of that country rather than UK citizenship instead?

I have a feeling but please could anyone else correct me but if you have a muslim sounding name etc etc then the ESTA will automatically reject you as they want to conduct further checks on you at...

doesnt matter what you're eligible for without a visa you cant do diddly squat and no US employer will bother when there are thousands of natives that can do exactly the same job no matter how unique...

Those jobs in and around Cali won't be interested in anyone needing a visa. Cali has oversupply of everything practically even doctors from overseas struggle to get in there!
