Do you know I they can access my PR status from their systems as if not I can't see any reason why they would ask if I was a PR as they have never done so before.

The difference in my case is that the advisor stated that this 24 month deposit would be used to pay my mortgage for the next two years. I.e I would have no further mortgage payments...

Supervisa / sponsor Income proof

When providing proof that you meet the minimum income levels for supervisa / sponsorship does this income requirement need to be met by one individual.

To be honest this would be my preference however my company have offered me basically anything I want to stay on. The owner is a couple of years from retiring and he would simply not trust anyone...

Do we think that they will change the 3 year to apply to supervisas as well ? I would hope and think not and will they also be changing the LICO limits for the supervisa as well.

Just a thought how would that work. If I have only landed it would be impossible to have 3 years documented by the CRA. Are you suggesting any new PR would need to wait 3 years before being eligible...
