Although a previous poster had a bad experience, from what I know, a fiancee visa is not really that hard to get. After all, what do you get for it...? a 90-day visa which some people manage to work...

I took Jeffrey's advice and spoke very nicely to my employer, who agreed! This is modern-day America I guess... 'flexible' employment and so on.

And this is the law itself. (a6) on the first page is the statute for k1 immigrants

My work in the U.K. was on a yearly contract basis and so I've had to turn down a renewal because I hope to go...
